New equipment-Ultrasonic cleaning

In order to provide customers with safer valves, this year NSEN Valves newly installed a set of ultrasonic cleaning equipment.

When the valve is manufactured and processed, there will be common grinding debris entering the blind hole area, dust accumulation and lubricating oil used during grinding, which are enough to make the valve connection in the pipeline unstable, making the valve prone to failure during operation. As a result, the entire mechanical equipment that uses the valve is damaged. The birth of the ultrasonic cleaning machine can solve the problem of these stains for the valve.

Usually ultrasonic cleaning is used for surface treatment of galvanized, nickel-plated, chrome-plated, and painted parts, such as peeling, degreasing, pretreatment and bathing. Effectively remove all types of grease, polishing paste, oil, graphite and dirt from metal parts.
